We offer no contract, personal training memberships for individuals and small groups. As well as completely tailored programmes available for regular gym goers. Group Personal Training (max 6) and classes (max 12), are designed for intense, fast results. Sessions run 7 days a week, all sessions are split into Women’s or Men’s only workouts. Our unique Transformation Room allows you private use of our training facilities. Perfect for those with busy lives, who are fed up with crowded, boring gyms. Open 24 hours, initial 1 to 1 session, transformation programme included, aswell as constant online support and monthly assessments.
